Parking Project at MRC
How many of you have gotten frustrated at some point trying to park your car at church? Maybe it’s been a tight squeeze between cars in the driveway. Well, you’re not alone. Our parking situation has needed our attention for quite some time and we have plans to solve that problem! At our last church business meeting, we voted to add 95 parking spaces to our upper lot. We need to fundraise $235,000.
I’m inviting you to join us in participating in this fundraiser to get started on our parking project. You can make a pledge or you can make a direct donation, whichever you prefer.
Donations can be creative too! If you have an older car you don’t use, you can donate that to the church and we can turn that into parking lot funds. If you have some old jewelry you don’t wear anymore, you can donate that to the church and we can turn that into parking lot funds. If you have a boat you don’t use anymore or some old coins…basically any type of donation we can turn into parking lot funds!
If you’d like to donate to this project, you can:
1. Mark your tithe envelope at church and return it in the offering plate.
2. Give through Adventist Giving
3. Pick up a pledge card at the Welcome Desk and return it in the offering plate.
We want to make our parking lot safe and easy to use when you come church. Thank you so much for considering being a part of this project!
